exefrom Yahoo AnswersFriday, 6th Nov 2009 - 11:11 am installed FIFA 09 and it says I need Directx9C. I downloaded it and executed in safe mode and it still does not work. I used steam to download garry's mod and i tried doing the PUT NONSTEAM PROGRAM thing and i put a shortcut over counter.exe and then i tried opening counter and...
